We select parts, acquire parts, build, then ship your custom PC to you directly!
Once you fill out our questionnaire, we will have a grasp of what your needs are.
Already know what you want. Great! Just input the parts and we will reach back to you if they're available for confirmation of your PC build request!
It's okay if you don't know or are on-the-fence about your parts, that's where we are glad to help!
Our advice is free, and we pride ourselves on being open and fair about every customer's use case for their own computer.
If you do not know, just let us know, and we will ask you some questions to get a better idea of what you need.
We offer a case-by-case basis return policy for each unique custom PC.
Just because you loved your bright yellow rubber ducky PC at the time... unfortunately does not mean that someone else will if returned.
To avoid waste and abuse, RyTech will offer returns on custom computers specifically on a case-by-case scenario. (e.g., damage from transit, no fault to customer)

We promise to reply to your request within 24-48 hours.
During this phase, we will information on what you need, or work with you to find out your needs.
This consultation is free and no charge to you!
Quote
Once we select parts that work for your budget and use, we then check availability with our vendors and reach back to you with an updated price.
Once a quote is sent, a payment will be processed, and the parts will be ordered.
Build & Ship
Depending on the parts, and their availability, once the parts arrive at the RyTech Assembly Lab, it will be 1-3 business days before you can expect your device to ship.
Once your device is built, we will create a shipping label and send you the tracking information!
